We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Communication with Mario was excellent and he provided us with all the necessary information for check-in and tips for exploring the city. Parking was easy, right outside on the street. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, with a spacious living area and a comfortable sofa bed. It had everything we needed, including free wifi. There were also shops and restaurants within walking distance. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, all excellent.

The apartment was perfect for our family stay! We loved the cozy living room with a comfy seating area where we could relax and chat. The dining area was great for family meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a shower and a bath. Plus, there was a DVD player for movie nights! It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the DVD player, as I prefer streaming services. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so some people may still enjoy it.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. I couldn't resist channeling my inner master chef and whipping up a feast. The fridge was so big, it could probably fit a small car! And the dishwasher? It worked its magic like a wizard, taking care of the dirty dishes in a blink of an eye.
Lack of lighting in stairwell.

The location was fabulous, just a short walk from the National Museum of Scotland and the Royal Mile. I felt like a cultural queen on my city break.
Oh, how I loved using the miniature washing sink in the very narrow main bathroom. It was such a delight trying to wash my hands without hitting the walls.

My family and I had a great stay at this private apartment. It was nice and clean, perfect for a short city break in Edinburgh. We loved the location, as it was just a short distance from the town center and close to a Sainsbury's. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to towels and toiletries. The sofa bed was also very comfortable, ideal for relaxing and watching Netflix before bed. The communication with the owner, Mario, was excellent, and he provided us with all the necessary information for a smooth check-in. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Edinburgh.
That the apartment was not cleaned during our 4-night stay, despite being charged a £40 cleaning fee. I had even messaged the owner beforehand to suggest having it cleaned, especially since we were staying with two little kids.
